St Vincent’s Advanced Cardiac Imaging Centre
Every Trade was awarded the construction contract to build the Advanced Cardiac Imaging Centre (ACIC), the medical imaging facility at St Vincent’s Hospital dedicated to cardiac imaging. The facility houses a 3T MRI scanner which can be used for both clinical patients as well as for research, and a cardiac CT scanner.
The works included substantial structural works to support the weight of the CT and in particular the MRI which required weekend and after hour works to ensure that the operation of the hospital was not hindered in any way. The ACIC works were completed in a functional hospital which required substantial liaison with the hospital to minimise disruptions. The new state of the art facility is expected to be a significant boost to cardiac imaging in NSW, as well as provide access for cardiovascular researchers to a dedicated MRI scanner.
Our project team was committed to open communication and delivering a high-quality finish on time. Congratulations to all involved, this is a milestone achievement for Every Trade and we are incredibly proud of the results!
